data-mm-id=”_rq65j297k”>Todd Gurley and Clay Matthews were cut by the Rams on the same day a few weeks ago and the two former superstars took to Twitter on Wednesday to complain about the Rams not paying them money owed from their time with the franchise. @RamsNFL past due. Send me money ASAP— Todd Gurley II (@TG3II) April 8, 2020If true, it's a legitimate gripe. They signed a contract with the Rams and should be paid on time based on the parameters set. Taking to Twitter seems a bit silly when you have an agent to handle these matters, but all the same, they both voiced their displeasure. You and me both TG! ? Better get some interest with that too ? https://t.co/E8RIOhg7sH— Clay Matthews III (@ClayMatthews52) April 9, 2020However, during these trying times, when millions of Americans are filling for unemployment, when thousands are dying every day because of the COVID-19 pandemic, it probably wasn't the right moment for two people who have made tens of millions of dollars in their career to complain about money. Twitter let them hear about it. Millionaires crying about money during a pandemic— Jmar_84 (@Jmar_84) April 9, 2020This guy is talking about his millions of dollars during a crisis… with a 3.8 average in 2019. This is why @JaredGoff16 is the leader. Pure class act.— Owlcapwn (@OwlcapwnTV) April 8, 2020Not really the time for selfish millionaires to complain about money— Shep (@LarryShep34) April 9, 2020Of course, it's also worth pointing out that Gurley has donated meals to first responders during this crisis. View this post on Instagram Our communities need us now more than ever. Shout out to my partners @tryhungry for helping me donate good food to first responders and those in need. ?? ATL is stronger together, and I plan on continuing to donate more meals to people in need over the next few weeks. #DawgNation ⚫️? . . #makethedayscount #giveback #tryHUNGRY #supportlocal A post shared by Todd Gurley (@tg4hunnid) on Apr 8, 2020 at 1:40pm PDTWhile I understand the optics of taking to Twitter to complain about money when you're already rich, if they're owed this money they should be paid it. They could make a bigger statement by donating the money to a charity, which would quiet the trolls and help those who are suffering. Just an idea.

Real Sociedad coach Jagoba Arrasate described his team s latest loss as a hammer blow after they coughed up a lead with just five minutes left.
Arrasate conceded Sociedad had another bad game against Getafe on Monday but he thought their luck had turned when Pablo Hervias gave the home side the lead in the 82nd minute.
It was not to be, however, with Getafe s Abdoul Karim Yoda striking in the 90th and 94th minutes to steal victory for the visitors from Madrid, as Sociedad slumped to their fifth defeat of the 2014-15 La Liga season.
This is a hammer blow for us, because the truth is we ve had a bad game, but everything was still in our own hands by the 89th minute, Arrasate said.

Asmir Begovic insists the Chelsea players have no hard feelings towards former manager Jose Mourinho and claims they took no additional joy from beating his Manchester United side.
Mourinho a Premier League winner with the Blues in 2005, 2006 and 2015 visited Stamford Bridge with United for the first time last week, but was humbled 4-0 in a devastating reverse.
There was plenty of attention on Mourinho s return after his relationship with the Chelsea players reportedly soured prior to his dismissal last season.
Begovic, though, is adamant his team-mates celebrated a fine result rather than the fact they got one over on their old boss.
It s difficult, he said at an Asmir Begovic Foundation event. We obviously felt a huge amount of joy from the result beca…

With City cruising against their out-of-form opponents, Guardiola withdrew both goalscorers at the break, with Kevin De Bruyne, Rodri and Jack Grealish following after the interval.
Leicester then threatened an unlikely fightback after Kelechi Iheanacho tapped in for 3-1, with the Nigerian hitting the post late on and James Maddison missing a fine chance.
