The NFL blessed the football world with the perfect finale to the regular season on Sunday Night Football in Week 18. It’s a winner-takes-all AFC East showdown with the division crown on the line between the Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins.
After a bumpy start to the season, Buffalo has found its rhythm, particularly on defense, and has the perfect opportunity to flex its muscles in Miami.
Despite being on the road, the NFL odds have the Bills -2.5 and it might have something to do with the way this defense matches up against Tua Tagovailoa.
You can see how I’m betting the Tua Tagovailoa odds as we dive into the Sunday Night Football odds in my free NFL picks below.

The Thursday Night Football odds are showing the lowest total on the Week 3 board. At 38 points, bookies aren’t expecting many fireworks between the New England Patriots and New York Jets. That puts a premium on touchdowns and offers little variance in the anytime touchdown markets.
You have three players priced at +145 or shorter to score on Thursday night, with all other options offering 3/1 payouts or higher. If someone else can sneak into the end zone, there’s potential for huge profits. I size up the possible touchdown props for the Patriots and Jets and give my best NFL picks below.

Liverpool win the Premier League title after Manchester City are beaten by Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. It’s the first time the club have been crowned champions of England since winning the First Division in 1990.
They have won the title with seven games to spare.

Eddie Howe has said he is preparing to “make difficult decisions” and be ruthless this summer as he prepares to move players on from Newcastle in order to accommodate new signings in his 25-man Premier League squad while remaining within financial fair play rules. Miguel Almirón, a £20m buy on the part of Rafael Benítez, ranks among those playing for their futures. With Ryan Fraser injured, Almirón could be offered a rare start at home against Leicester as Howe aims to move a step closer to mid-table security with a win against Brendan Rodgers’s side. Pep Guardiola says he would never prevent a player who wants to leave Manchester City from joining a Premier League rival because that would be the mindset of a “small club”.
The Spaniard will come up against two of his former charges on Sunday when City play Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. Raheem Sterling left the Etihad Stadium for west London in 2022 and was joined a year later by Cole Palmer for an initial £40m fee, as both searched for more time on the pitch. The latter is set to make his first appearance against the club he supported as a boy and joined aged eight, before progressing all the way to the first team.

Need a boost to get through the middle of the week? Well, you’ve come to the right place.I’m locking in on the MLB and NBA, with baseball serving as an appetizer and dessert while Game 3 of the NBA Finals stands in as the main course.Colorado Rockies at Minnesota TwinsColorado has never been able to solve Twins right-hander Pablo Lopez.Lopez is 3-0 with a 1.71 ERA in four career starts against the Rockies, most recently holding them to one unearned run and four hits in seven innings on June 22, 2022.But Colorado might be starting to click a little bit, and this isn’t the same version of Lopez that we’ve seen in years past. The Rockies are averaging 8.1 hits over their past seven games, while Lopez has been tagged for at least six runs in three of his past four outings. It’s the p…
Infielder J.D. Davis and the Oakland Athletics agreed to a one-year contract, the team announced Saturday. Financial terms were not disclosed by the A's. However, multiple media outlets reported the deal was worth $2.5 million with an additional $1 million in incentives. Davis, who turns 31 on April 27, was released by the San Francisco Giants on Monday after defeating the team last month in salary arbitration. He was awarded a $6.9 million salary for 2024 in arbitration but will only receive approximately $1.1 million from the Giants since he was released more than 16 days before the start of the regular season. Davis batted .248 with a career-best 18 home runs and 69 RBIs in 144 games last season. He played 116 games at third base and 15 contests at first base. In seven major…
Former Kings defenseman Slava Voynov has not played in the NHL since October 2014, when he punched, kicked, and choked his wife, and pushed her head into a TV screen. Voynov pleaded no contest to a charge of spousal abuse, served 90 days in jail, was suspended indefinitely, and had his Kings contract terminated. Rather than face potential deportation proceedings, he moved back to his native Russia, where he won a Gagarin Cup in the KHL and a gold medal at the 2018 Olympics. Voynov’s conviction was dismissed last summer after he completed his three years of probation, and now he’s considering returning to the NHL. He’s going to have to wait a while longer for that. Today, the NHL announced that Voynov will be suspended for all of next season. The league’s statement: The Nationa…
Some people are fans of the Green Bay Packers. But many, many more people are NOT fans of the Green Bay Packers. This 2016 Deadspin NFL team preview is for those in the latter group. Read all the previews so far here. And buy Drew’s new book here. Your team: Green Bay Packers. Your 2015 record: 10-6. Let’s get right to the ending… God, it’s so beautiful. It’s almost as good as Brandon Bostick dropping the onside kick. Remember when he did that? And you blew the NFC title because of it? That was really cool and fun. Anyway, as a Vikings fan who just heard that Teddy Bridgewater died in practice today, the only time I am happy is when the Packers blow yet another season of having Aaron Rodgers at QB. Luckily for me, the Packers have become EXPERTS at this. This is team that…
Some people are fans of the Denver Broncos. But many, many more people are NOT fans of the Denver Broncos. This 2013 Deadspin NFL team preview is for those in the latter group. Read all the 2013 NFL previews so far right here. Your team: Denver Broncos Your 2012 record: 13-3. One more time, for posterity: "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" By the way, Rahim Moore is still in Denver. As a football player! They aren't making him work the merch stand or anything. They're actually letting him back onto the field after that happened. I know dabbing is legal in Colorado now, but Broncos fans aren't forgetting that shit so easily. Your coach: John Fox. He played for overtime. I don't give a shit if he coaches thirty more years. He's the guy who played for overt…
